Just imagine and compare our food with the movies…just for fun but it sounds logical sometimes…. like how we categorized movies as south Indian, north Indian, international movies, etc. In our food also we have categories of south Indian food, north Indian food, international food etc.
Comparing like this we get to know and realize that we always give more importance to our lead actors or actress in movies …as in our meal like a main course or main food. But here we forget to give credit to side actors like in our food side dishes as both play an important role in movies or food….as our side dish also contribute to make our meal a perfect meal.
So here we want to give credit to side dishes by explaining how important it is in all types of cuisines in our meal.
