Simple and yet delicious recipes
As Indians, most of the recipes we are known for being heavy, rich in masala, gravy, spicy kind of recipes. And as we Indians are known as foodies, we just love to experiment with our recipes like no other country can make or prepare a variety of delicious and tasty recipes that how much varieties we do prepare.
As our older generation believed and used ingredients like oil, ghee, creams, masala, spices in heavy quantity, so all their recipes become tasty and delicious, but not easily digestible and light to eat.
These kinds of recipes are suited well to them as they eat rich food and they work hard, but this is not suitable with our generation as we people are less into physical labor and most of the work depend on machines. But our old generation or grandparents would do most of the physical work themselves so there is no problem in the digestion of that kind of rich fiber and fat included food.
Like each food, the category has its own digestion time depending on the person’s digestive tract approximately
Vegetarian recipes---It takes 10-12 hours
Non-vegetarian--- recipes usually take 24 hours
Fruits---1-2 hours
Vegetables--- up to 2.5 hours
Drinks ---15-30min
So keeping in mind all these terms we need to choose our diet and our recipe should have at least some healthy touch to it, because today our lifestyle becomes lazy and there is no time for exercise, morning walk etc.
