How being a vegan is healthy



Vegan is a word which refers to a person who does not eat or use animal products. Vegetarians one who avoids eating meat, poultry, game, fish, and shellfish, but the one who follows vegan and veganism, it is a type of vegetarian food which excludes meat, eggs even dairy products which are produced from the animals.
In vegetarians, there are two types
Lacto-ovo-vegetarians
Ova-vegetarian
Lacto-ovo-vegetarians are one who does not eat meat, poultry, fish, and egg but eats dairy products. Ovo-vegetarians are one who does not eat meat, poultry, fish and dairy products but eats egg
But here vegan is one who avoids both above categories meat, poultry egg, and dairy products, these vegans you call them as strict vegetarians and looking at the health benefits it is also called  Dietary vegans.



Veganism isn't a new concept, but it has been receiving more and more attention lately …now it’s become popular not only because of health, it's also because of it being ethical and having environmental benefits. The vegan food followers are increasing day by day, now it’s become like fashion, even many celebrities are following this diet rules and vegan diet. In fact, the online searches and trending news of about vegan food, recipes, about benefits have risen. Even there are vegan separate shops, malls, and stores are available for vegan Follower

Veganism is a food habit which is one of the way of living in which we should follow some principles which are made by ourselves, which excludes some food as we have a choice, taste, and beliefs.
Advantages of following vegan food   
Lower the cholesterol level
Minimum risk of stroke
No obesity problem
We will get higher fiber contained food in the form of fruits and vegetables
Vegan food improve our metabolism

We will get healthy skin by having the right amount of vitamins and minerals
Overall this food is economical and suits to all class of people with health benefits.
If anyone wants to become vegan or how to become vegan here are some of the tips which can help you become vegan.
Think about the veganism and feel like its evolution in your food which has many health benefits.
Find the groups of vegan followers make them friends and share and learn vegan recipes
Don’t think much about not getting protein and vitamin by a vegan diet
Focus more on vegetables and fruits
Shop according to vegan foods
Try to prepare more and more traditional foods
And be creative and try to make new recipes and experiments with your favorite foods and evolve and experiment with ingredients.
Disadvantages of being vegan
May have to face iron deficiency

Forgetting vitamin D and B-12 and calcium we need to focus on particular food to have more
Difficult to getting vegan food away from home for example in small restaurants, hotels, etc. we cannot get vegan foods easily.

But comparing the disadvantages of vegan food have more advantages and still, If you think that vegan recipes are boring and less tasty then you need to rethink because in the category of vegan you can prepare lots of recipes from starter to the main course like soup, salad, even the trendy recipes like pizza, Manchurian, etc. can be prepared in vegan only by changing some ingredients and choosing alternatives …but the taste and the flavor you will get will be the same with health benefits.

Here I will conclude my topic on vegan foods by one recipe which includes all the quality of vegan diet like healthy, traditional and tasty to have and that is my favorite too which is simple and healthy South Indian Dish, in Kannada which is popularly known as kadale Usli and it is also called as Black Chickpeas Sundal. It is a Special Occasion Recipe like in Festival, PoojaTime, but you can try this tasty and filling recipe at any time, kids will love this food as a Snack.
